Old username

i had to create this username to get signed in. I forgot my password under my old name , adirondackhunter, and I don't have access to the email that I had when I signed up.

Is there anything I can do?

Find a topic where "Iceshanty" has posted, click on that, then click on 'send PM', relate the problem.
