First time trying to post a picture here so I hope it works. Needed to keep the hole open in the spearing shack and decided to sit for a couple of hours. These aren't giants but it was a fun morning.
It was a total change from last Saturday. On Saturday I speared two and they had to have a spoon jigged with lots of flash to bring them in. When they did come in they were loaded for bear and just beat up the spoon and decoy.
Today the decoy had to be still and they would just ease in. Even had a couple ease on through giving no opportunity to spear. But the ones I got came in slow and just nosed the decoy.
