If your referring to Lake Bruce, just find a hi-way or road that will get you to state road 14, this will get you to it. Some of my friends are fishing it, bluegills and crappie are biting sparadically, only good on certain days. Happy fishing, Coondog.

Not sure where you are coming from, but if you can take SR 14 west out of Rochester toward Winamac you will see Lake Bruce signs directing you back to the north.  The other way would bring SR 17 south only to SR 110 and go west through Monterey and then back east to 17 on county roads.  Once you cross the river bridge in Monterey, you are clear of the 17 road repair.  You could also stop at the Monterey bar and they would direct you via county roads to Lake Bruce.  I was born and raised about 6 miles from the lake.
