Instead of "where are you going?" maybe we should ask "who's headed to Henry's?"

After a two-week, avoid-the-rain-and-slush delay, we (acpchuck and I) are headed up to Henry's Friday night to fish mostly Saturday, most likely on the North end somewhere.  Would be great to meet IS folks.  Look for the QF6 and two little 6' flags, come and say "hi."

Our first trip this season, and it's about time!

Well I won't be going back to Henry's this weekend, but I believe there will be fishable ice on some of the smaller waters near Cascade this weekend if you know where to find it and are stupid enough to risk your life to test it out.  I'm going to at least go on a scouting run and check out some of those places tomorrow.  If all else fails, then I guess I can fish off the dock at McCall, or off the bank at Cascade, that's assuming I stay dry in my scouting attempts.  I don't like going alone on a trip like this, but I have no one lined up to go with tomorrow, so if you are interested in this type of adventure, send me a PM.


I live near Kuna/Nampa if that helps and I can drive.  You might have permanent curve to your fingers and white knuckles when we get back, but I can drive.

I will be out Saturday afternoon / evening.  We normally go up for the morning bite but want to try out the afternoon / evening bite.  Probably heading out from County.
