New Toy!!!!

So after 18 years of faithfull service I decided to retire my old 2hp strikemaster. That auger started off as a mag 2000 then I upgraded it to a 7in Lazer bit a few years ago. So with a very heavy heart I posted the old girl for sale and found her a new home. Today I got the call that my shiny new Lazer Pro had arrived at the bait shop. Here is to another 18 years of service.

I fired up my 15 year old Jiffy last Saturday with a huge amount of trepidation, thank God it started. Last thing I wanted to do is buy a new auger, but it's definitely on the "must have" list for next season.

if this year gets to be like last it will get the ultimate test for sure, might take a little longer though, don't see there being good ice here for another 3 weeks.
