Mods?question about posting pics.Time for change..

Posting pics on ice shanty is really a pain in the but,why not set it up like it is on nj hunter so that you can download pics right from your phone or computer without having to have to get a photobucket or other account to post them,just click and post.

What he really needs to do is get with the times and set up a Facebook page for each state so we can post on there instead. It's way easier.

I'm not sure that the format will change any time soon.  You know that saying,  if it ain't broken....
It's up to the site ADMINISTRATOR to decide how this site is run and who ultimately controls the content. MODS try to help out with running it.
Some of my observations though:
The Photobucket or any other file sharing website has been a typical  method of posting picture on Ice Shanty as to minimize sever storage requirements.  More storage means more money to run this site, more maintenance, more electricity,  etc.  Easier just to link to another site. Keep this place free for everyone.
Moving Ice Shanty to Facebook would not work IMO.  Different company, different rules.  Maybe  a fan page for each state would work.  I'll kick this idea around with other guys.  Thanks FishingHardWater.
