Those would be the filet mignon if beef. They’re the first pieces I pull and usually eat them the day I take the deer.

I suspect that if Snopro had known that he wouldn't have shared them with me when we cut up his LEGALLY TAGGED doe.  They were small, but as tender as anything that I've ever eaten from a deer.  And perfectly prepared, I might add.
