Hey Heine. Never fished rogers but wanting to hit it the next few days maybe. Does the road go around the lake or where is the best parking at? How much snow on the ice? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

it goes along the north side of the lake, you will get to an access, but dont be fooled keep going past that one, thats the spot to fish during open water. go to the other end and the road forks, take the left fork to the lake and the parking is explanatory, just dont block anyone in from being able to do the roundabout and your good to go. last i was there was before these few flurrys of snow so i would assume a few inches of pow pow on the lake. the ice was set good 2 weeks ago though. four inches november 17th. good luck guys!

I wouldn't think the ice would be bad. I was there last Friday the 5th and the ice was 8-10". We didn't walk more than a couple hundreds yards from the boat launch though, never have in my life. And I always go to the first access, that heine told you not to be fooled by. It's probably the easiest lake I have ever tried around here as far as time it takes to unload the truck and pop the first holes. Fished it for 4 hours and had action about every 10-15 minutes.
