Lazermag Express (Tecumseh TMO 49XA)

I was wondering if anyone experienced any issues with the Throttle Shaft and Lever Assembly not returning back to original position?




I have replaced the Govenor Spring.  When this stays open it causes fuel to leak.

Start it up. At idle it should be touching. It is spring loaded to work with the governor system. The governor limits the max rpm of the auger.
