Had one of my locking collars break on my x4 fishtrap so went on line to order some from clam and there was no shipping to canada on the country options on the checkout so sent customer service a email to see why that is and got an email back right away the next morning saying they only ship to canada over the phone and the email also said there is 2 on the way in the mail already free of charge now that what I call costumer service
