have lived in central vermont most of my life and still haven't gone ice fishing.  I own a small farm to table restaurant and am looking to grow my community. We currently grow or source our ingredients for the restaurant, & i'd like to try ice fishing & meet some ice fishing folk. looking to tag along for a day or 2 somewhere near central vermont or lake champlain.

I've never been out ice fishing, but as a chef I am happy to catch even some small fish as i like to make pickled fish for the early spring.  I do love bass & trout, but am also happy to not catch anything & just learn a little before winter is over.
