Any reports. Navigating issues with snow cover?

Also interested, but mainly just curious about water clarity. Grandson wants to go this weekend and would be nice to use the camera.

I drove around the lake 2 days ago, didn't look like much fishing activity has been going on as of recently. snow cover likely won't be an issue with quads.  I fished Lake Iowa last saturday, 18" of ice, water clarity was very murky, and the bite was non-existent.

Took the grandson out Sat morning for a few hours. Water was a bit murky but was surprised at how well we could see with the camera. He had a great time, caught maybe 20 small gills and bass. Out of those only 4 keeper size gills. Released everything just fishing for fun. Probably a dozen other shacks out there.
