Soggy Saturday

Made it out to the spot both Saturday and Today, we filled a 5gal bucket both days. Lots of pull offs as well...fish are starting to get finicky and the tiny bugz are working best. My buddy sat in the truck the last half of Saturday due to the rain(his fish are not in saturdays pic)...I am a die hard and do not leave the fish biting. I was determined to help a kid get a mess to take home. Donated 12-15 fish to his pile then called it quits. All in All not a bad weekend...quality was really good. Several 9" gillz and 9.5-10" ears, also the biggest crappies were pushin 13.5"-14"

Ya the Arctic Armor is not the greatest in the rain...my Plus seems to do better then the regular tho. Jerry was soaked clear to his arse, so he went to the truck. My arms got a little wet but not too bad.

Oh yea much better then the bigger crappie...chunk em' up and the fillet is firm like a gill.
