I've only heard of a few poeple getting into some gills in Monona, but not sure where. There has been a decent amount of guys on Mendota chasing perch. For both lakes you would need certified floatation for an ATV or plan on a lot of walking. Havent heard any good reports on Waubesa or Kegonsa. I'm tkaing a 1st timer (nephew) out to Upper Mud on Saturday as that was producing early ice but I've heard that has slowing died off too.
