If you don't like what you see while fishing on the Flathead Reservation go somewhere else.  They manage their fishery as they see fit.

Slimmett, nobody said anything about the way the tribe manages their fisheries, merely reported exactly what the warden said, and Hippy, I need to fish with you someday, I think we are the same person!

I guess I am little confused here.. I always thought that any enforcement/regs from nine pipes/pablo came from the feds....yes you need  a tribal permit to fish any waters within the tribal boundries...but like m fish prior mentioned...maybe a chat with a usfg guy like kool might be a better option when seeing violations on an u,s .bird refuge....even though it is still within the tribal boundries...I always thought it is managed by the feds....
