Any deals on ION 8" ??

My buddy wants to buy an ION 8" auger..... best price I could find for him so far was $519 from Fish 307.  They also had Strikemaster Lithium for $479.

Anyybody know of a better deal on the ION ???

He should have bought it Cyber Monday from Dicks. I got 25% off and free shipping. Keep checking them on line until right after Christmas.  You never know, they might offer it again.

I bought this one last year used ( 2 yr old model with original battery ) .  $378 is a really good price!   As a test, after drilling 3 holes to fish from,  drilled 34 holes into 20 inches of ice and still had power to do more, just not the interest  :)  That was after it was sitting in the sled for 6 hrs,  I prefer elec. to gas, quieter, cleaner.
