Eskimo hypercoil replacement
« on: Dec 04, 2015, 01:26 PM »
My eskimo z51 recoil stopped.engaging when I tried to.fire her up the other day. when i try to pull start it , the rope pulls with zero resistance and the engine does not try to fire at all.
Sooo having called eskimo and recieving a new hypercoil and another parr im not sure how to reference. it looks like a bolt with divets to catch gears on it. the representive called it a clutch blank... i forget.

Hoping I could get any advice to avoid any headaches from simple mistakes. I have tools and the parts explosion it looks to just be 4 bolts. But of anyone could either advise me on anything to avoid while replacing please do.

I have looked for a good simple walkthrough to little avail.
Thanks in advance for any advise yoy can offer. Im far from a small rngine expert but i do know my basics.

*phone wont let me fix spelling errors* ;D
