PK lures in Missoula
« on: Jan 04, 2014, 07:22 PM »
So I have been wanting to try PK spoons for a while but they were not available in Missoula so I kept procrastinating and never got around to ordering any.  I saw that they sold them at the sportmans in Helena on their website and talked my fishing manager at sportsmans into ordering some.  Picked a bunch up this evening and going to give them a run tomorrow,  see if they live up to the hype... ;D

Nice that Sportsmans can custom order again.

They do sell them in Bozeman. And seem to restock them which is more than I can say back when it was Wholesale Sports.

They have at least 3 or 4 different sizes and multiple patterns.

The ice fishing selection seems to be way better this year than it was last year.

Someone could make a killing in Missoula if they had a decent ice fishing section.

It might be faster to order your PK lures off their site that's how I got mine.

try this again...  There were 3 sizes of flutter fish in 5 or so different patterns.  Only one smaller size of Pk spoon but multiple patterns.  It's a first run for Missoula so if they sell well we should get a better selection.  I'm sure the small size flutter fish will work great for perch, I'm more excited to try them for pike/walleye/bass.  I've seen way to many big fish pics the last couple years from another guy from Missoula with flutterfish hanging out of there mouth not to try them ;).  If they work half as well for me as they have for him it will b a good investment...
