Just got checked by the game warden Saturday, have told myself numerous times that it expires on the 10th, and still spaced off that it is this Friday.  Got it now!! Thanks

Not mine. Good for 3 years. Just hope I don't forget it in 2016.

got mine 2 weeks ago and decided id get the 3rd pole license. Have loved it so far, plus this weekend during the tournament in dubuque, i will be able to have 3 tip ups, 2 poles dead sticking and 1 pole to hole hop with.

Make sure you check the rules, most tournaments limit you to two rods to keep the guys who paid extra from getting an advantage. If not it sounds like a heck of a battle to keep up with all those fish you are going to catch!

So far their flyer and website hasnt said anything about number of poles. but i hope we catch some fish!! im taking my brother and last year when we went fishing we caught over 80 blue gill in under 3 hours. I have had a dry spell catching fish the past week and a half.

Think deep, find the deepest water you can and hop around until you find them. Be sure to pre-fish and drill a bunch of dummy holes as well. also be sure there are no smokes or fish blood on the ice in the area you find fish, those are signs I look for when scouting out a spot.

Isn't it against the law to leave lines unattended? For example leaving two poles dead sticking while you hop around and work other holes.

Not if you are within a reasonable range and clear line of sight.
