Not a  mod that you requested, but get a roll of reflectix, and line the roof, and back wall.  Will keep yo!u much warmer, and if you do a lighting mod, the reflectix will make it much brighter too.

BTW  Welcome to the Shanty!

hey i just bought a nanook thermal this year as well.

wondering how your seats slide from side to side? mine are a real pain in the arse... also im not so hot on the locking pin system they have on there.

first thing i did was put raised ski's on the bottom and a LED light  in front. definatly need some rod holders!

Nope mine are on the factory brackets but I put hitch pins in them until I am setup so I can move them aound or pull one out all together at times. Like to do some kinda light setup built in but not sure what the best route is with least hassle. My poles aren't really the best deal either but as long as ya don't just ram them around they seem to function, ok I guess...

How do you attach the reflectix?

I  zip tied the reflectix to the roof poles, and left the left the back wall free hang as I cut the reflectix as one piec, so the back wall reflectix is connected. to the roof reflectix.

I was on a bus and just happened to be sitting on a news paper. This guy came up and asked. "Are you reading that ?"
I said  yes, stood up, turned the page and sat back down.

Steel wool to smooth them out .  Then apply a coat of ......   some use silicone, wd 40, wax,  light oil rag, etc...

Problem fixed -

smooth them out

I removed the 2 factory seats... the weight of the steel mounting brackets were way too much imo and searching for a replacement besides a bucket too.

I took out one seat.  I can put it in for the times I am with someone else.
