What's up with Sayer? Is the post locked out? No one is talking.

If nobody is talking then it is probably not safe. If the area gets any decent amount of rain along with warm temps you can expect the wait to be a while.

Thursday night a good friend checked the ice and it was approximately 3.5 inches in the cut.  The ice did not look good, but 2 guys were fishing.  This warm up has made Sayers definitely NOT safe to be on.  Last year a guy fell through in the cut.  No 8.75 inch crappie is worth falling thru or even worse...  This lake will freeze up and we will be on it soon, just need patience.  Nez
