Well not quite, but was fishing on edge of the ice, caught lots a gills but were mostly small, using tungsten under a bobber about 16" and after losing 5 or 6 nice slabs I decided I needed a little bigger hook but no bait just the trigger soft 1" paddle tail , fished from 3 till 5:30 today and yes it was good to be out!

I agree with you Walleyepac. I went out today also for the first time in two months from being laid up. Buddy and I did good also. Glad to hear that you are able to get around some and that you are feeling better. When I had my broken ribs last year I went fishing everyday for 3 weeks. (I didn't over do it.) Just moving the arms helped me heal a lot better.
