First ICE

Well the time finally came to get the gang together and hit first ice - Bassassins and Capt. John D together again!!! WOOT WOOT



As you all know there is very little safe ice in Ottawa right now so we stuck to old faithful and pounded on same pan fish all day...











Crappie, Gills and a little dink SPike on the tip up... John hammered us in size and quantity today but I think he had home field advantage?! ::)  A 50+ fish day for the gang, busted out the inner little kid and got the ice ball rolling.  Next week is a new adventure and can't wait to see what it brings....

Tight lines to all and be safe on the ice!!!
