decoy carving question

Last year I found a website that was quite descriptive in the balancing process of the finished decoy. I've searched this site, hoping for the link, but no luck. I've also googled and youtubed many many topics, but nothing there either. Do any of you carvers know of, or ever recall seeing such a site for this process?

It's on the Michigan or Minnesota Darkhouse Association page.  Can't remember which.  It's a 2-part page.  One is carving, and the other is weighting.  I'll see if I can find the link.

yeah they haven't updated in like 8 years, I don't why, it has great info then it just stopped.
