Blackfoot Res.
« on: Dec 22, 2012, 04:19 PM »
Went by the damn today and all I can say is !  Fishing was real slow, broke two poles and lost on in the hole and that was it for me.  5 of us went and brought home 4 nice fish (5 lbs the biggest) and put two back.  The road over lincoln creek is good but we could not make it to poison creek.

The fishing was slow, 2 of us landed 1( 3 lb) fish in 3 hours and missed 5 others.  The bit was real light but the quality is always good. The road over lincoln creek is good in places and you will drag in others.  Anymore snow or wind and it will be over.

Any ice news here?  When does it usually ice over?  Anyone ever fish by the campground/boat ramp near dike lake?  Thanks.
