Well I checked a few ponds today all they all seemed to be the same. 2.5-3.5 inches. Idk where yall are seeing 5 but my 230 frame with no gear is slightly intimidated by 2.5. We are fishing Algonquin lake in the hills area the ponds are ranging from 10 fow go 4 fow. Wide open ponds too I just dont know why im not seeing five inches but would make me feel better haha
fished yesterday morning at our honey hole which is no longer bc we only caught 7 dink gills and 2 decent ones.
