tell me where?

tell me where to go fishing. im done with the to do list and all the gear is ready i have 7 pounds of bait mostly shiners  and waxies to boot. where should i go were its safe for all my 300 pounds of equip. and i want to fish for big fish. i made a new sled with motor to pull for help. im off for the winter im gonna get my lines wet tommorow at sayers after that who knows but i have a couple fishing months to go so let me know what lake i should hit with shiners. thanks

What an encouraging thought
Ask around you local bait shop for good places. I dont know where your from or how far your willing to travel.

       All I'm saying is that if a buddy of mine and I were going fishing on a new lake and he has 300lbs. of gear and he might weigh another 180lbs. I can assure you that I'll not gonna stand too close to him for a while till I make damn sure the ice is good. I've been hoping that everyone just remembers that it is still the middle of Dec. and we normally don't even have ice on most of the lakes yet. Just all try to be safe and use good judgment.

Carpcatcher, I didnt mean anything by it, I know how serious it is, I was just trying to find a little humor in things, thats the way I am, Im a kinda guy that looks at the glass half full. I agree with you on everything you just said, always make sure its safe before even thinking about going out.
