I fish exclusively with H.T's Polar Magnetic tip ups. I have an older set of 12 that my father gave me that are just about bulletproof. The newer set of 5 that he bought are of much lesser quality and I have had to do many modifications and fixes to keep them working(sealing the base with superglue, repairing broken flag sticks by gluing chop sticks, etc.) After breaking my 4th one this season I decided to email H.T. and tell them my experience and that I was not happy. Today I received an email that they will be mailing me a new set! I was shocked! I know that a company should stand by their product but in this day and age you just don't see that very often. I told them I would share my good experience and recommend their product to others, so there you have it.
