So who fished it this weekend?
I was only able to fish it on Saturday and ended up with a few jumbos to turn in.
Anyone else get buzzed by the crazy guy in the airplane?
It was also the first time I've seen a John Deere riding mower used to tow a sled out on the ice. 

It was a fun day for sure. Congrats to Tackle Tom for a record turn out! 190 adult entries and 25 kids entries. Looking forward to hearing the stories and results.

In the morning I fished off Poison Creek, and looked up to see a Cessna 5 feet off the ground about 100 yards away. Is that even legal?

I was down near Sugarloaf and he came by at the same elevation about 30 yards away. I saw some people farther down duck and run as he weaved his way through the crowd.

Hey all, I got humbled this tourney, maybe got in the top 10, my spots didn't produce, oh well a new goal for next year, only had a 4.33, 3 fish average, 5.43 won it I think, it was fun and hot, got a nice face burn, congrats too all the winners, thanks too Tackle Toms for a great event,

long time reader of the site first post. I was north of Sugarloaf and had the plane buzz us as well, definately a little added excitement to the morning. I weighed in at a 4.82 but sounds like top 4 places on the perch were all in the 5# plus range. Glad to see that many people out on the ice having fun.
