How do I post a profile picture?

ok, couldn't find the answer to this here, so here goes.  How do I post a pic as my profile picture? I have a photobucket acct, and have posted MANY photos many times here without any issues. But I can't seem to figure out how to get this done, it says "url" not positive what that means either.

make sure your photo is sized "avatar" and that you do not use the [img] codes.....use the direct link.  hope this helps

in the first [img] box,   you have to type in width=120 height=120 so the box looks like this:

[img width=120 height=120]
