Mosquito Lake Ohio

Has any one fished mosquito lake i have hunted mosquito creek for the deer draws and was thinking about taking a trip over there is it worth the drive hows the fishing and wats in there heavy would love to pound some blues and crappies

walleye,big crappie and a few pike are showing up!
walleye really slowed a few years ago,but have made a comeback.should be a good season.some got on it two weeks ago,but heard no reports.I'll be there this coming weekend. good luck if you decide to go.want to try pymatuming also!

are the crappie few and far between or pretty prevalnt

always catch a few,but mostly by chance while targeting eyes.never caught alot but were always large 10"-12" and have 2 fishohio crappie from there.

got out on the lake 2 weeks ago. did good on gills in 8 feet of water. ice was only 3.5 inches so i didn't do much searching. got so nice gills. ice should be back this weekend. if wind and snow stay away.
