Couple questions...

1) Is there any meaningful pike reproduction there? The big ones are females. Not sure about Walleye.
2) Are the suckers you were using frozen or live? How big. I've been stockpiling some 6-7 inchers that I hope to use.

I really cant talk to the reproduction.  I do know the place is littered with Pike.  Suckers were alive and allowed in Fort Peck.  Suckers were 10 - 12 inches.  Hope this helps.

I'm heading up Sunday for a few days. Any depths work better than others given the lower lake level this year? Hoping to get around the point to Bebee, we shall see.

I'd love to see some video of big pike stalking the sucker. I have watched them sitting three feet away for minutes before sucking them in as well as flying in to slam them when active. Great videos BTW.

Lots of pike reproduction on Peck, some walleye I think on the rocky points but millions are stocked. The small mouth certainly reproduce as well.

We thought deeper (23 feet) was better but then after the second day they were hitting shallower stuff (10 Feet).  I think Pike and walleye and pike fishing is a lot like Elk Hunting.... They are where they are!  If you can find little perch you can find pike...

Thanks, having a reference to start from is good year to year there given the levels are always changing.
