there were guys on rollway today but i didn't check the ice myself a touch of water at the shore line , best i can do

i used to fish milearm and they put a gate up so you couldn't drive to the boat launch area. is that gate now open; i also fished roll a way later on and the hill was tuff on my not so healthy body. [agent orange] i want to get up there and teach my grandson how to catch crappie through the ice.

i figured mile arm might be private; when i went there years ago; a land owner talked with me and said the ice fishermen burned docks and picnic tables for camp fires along the shore line. i know of no ice fishermen that would do that; but i know spring bullheaders just might. i guess i saw the end comming. is roll a way still open to the public or am i strikeing out completely?
