any luck on St.Malo???
« on: Mar 23, 2005, 08:37 PM »
I've fished on st. Malo acouple times this year and just got skunked, I was wondering if there has been anything good there this year? I'm planning on going on Saturday with my dad and brother, I have been asking the old man to come all winter and he never has so I asked again and he said he would. I really would like to catch something And have the old man catch too (he has cancer so he is weak).

Yeah if there is any word on where or how to fish there it would be great.

We went out last sunday and actually to our surprize had 4 or 5 nibbles and they felt and looked like walleye bite cause he came and didn't take the whole setup. They just tore off the minnow so my tip is to put a stiger hook on and you should catch a walleye or two.
