Pactola! whats good?

Cant wait to get on those lakers or even on some decent northerns. Whats the word on the south side beach and jennys? Wont be. Back out til monday.

Fished Jenny on Friday, meet a nice young couple from Hot Springs who are just learning to Ice Fish.  Showed them a few tricks.  Ice is 9 inches and we caught one tiny perch and one 11 lbs northern so it was not a bad day.

I know the ice is thick back at the Jenny Gulch access area, but how far does good ice go?  Is it good to Bear Gulch or the island from accessing Jenny Gulch area?  How far can a wheeler go safely?

hey cadreau87...i'm sure you set up tip ups back there for pike,but what do most people fish for in Jenny Gulch while waiting for their tip ups??

Personally I like dead sticking for fish rather than using tip ups but I am gonna be trying for perch and gills while im waiting for a gator.

Is there any truth about the story of a 17lbs laker caught? I was back in jenny monday and caught 2 northern and a perch alll day

When I was in the rooster Tuesday morning I seen pictures of a 19.5 Laker that came from Jenny's gulch & a 16.5 pike also out of Jenny's
