Anyone know how thick the ice is on Easter Lake in Des Moines?

Ill try to go by there tommorrow and check but I know at three lakes its 6"+ so it might be pretty close well have to see

Get ready to hammer the monster SHAD. That lake is really starting to die off, its a shame too, they really should put a slot limit on the walleye in that lake and ENFORCE it. My dad caught a 9 lber our of there 15 years ago, not the same since. Lot of bank fisherman keeping every fish they catch. :%$#!:
