Thay are like spikes with little tails on them. And they can really pe killer bait for blue gills.

X2 on that. They were difficult to get here last year in my area. I prefer them over spikes, but I usually have both if I can get them.

There was just a shortage of them from what I understood.

they've had shortages now for 2-3 yrs. on them...crazy weather keeps making them cocoon up instead of letting them stay mousies....rotten weather

Knutsons live bait has listed just not in stock yet I've heard they keep well at about 40 degrees which is why I bought a mini fridge to keep all season :):)

A major grower had a mega-disaster a few years ago due to a climate control issue (temp) then a fungus set in. They are touchy to raise normally and they haven't fully recovered production and/or simply cut back for something easier to raise. Basically a plastics only guy but if live bait is carried it is Mousies, if I can find/afford them
