Bringing my oldest on saturday, friends fished there a couple weeks ago and said the ice wasn't bad? for what that's worth. Like always out there the ice has that "layered" thing going on. He said there was 3 1\2 " of good ice in the "layered" mix.

thanx marcus if could update this on sat that would be great i have to go out in a couple weeks so thought i might as well fish if its possible,depending on this crap weather of course
