BREEVORT , AND LITTLE BREEVORT

HAVEN'T BEEN UP IN A WHILE AND WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS BEEN FISHING EITHER OR BOTH , AND IF YOUR CATCHING ANYTHING , AND WHAT YOUR CATCHING , AND TYPE OF BAIT. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INFO.

Hahaha....

I live in the area, but don't fish it all that much.  Seems like it's been slow though.  About the only time I fish it is at first ice when I can walk out in a bay and have some fun with pike on tip-ups and small gills on the rods.

Haven't fished it since Dec 31st though....

THANKS , LAST TIME I WAS UP WE GOT SOME PIKE A COUPLE WALLEYE , AND ABOUT 40 PERCH , WAS JUST WONDERING , BECAUSE MY BUDDY , HAS A COTTAGE RIGHT ON THE LAKE WHERE I STAY , SO ITS EASY TO GET OUT. PEACE

Lots of little perch make it a pain to catch walleye on tip ups, you'll get your exercise chasing flags.  Walleye are tough to find, but you can be very successful if you get in the right spots.

WELL , THE PERCH WE KEPT WAS 7 1/2-10 INCHES , AND I'VE SEEN SCHOOLS THAT ARE ONLY 3-4 INCHES AND WALLEYES BETWEEN 16-27 INCHES , PIKE ARE FROM 28-36INCHES , LARGE AND SMALLMOUTH USUALLY IN THE 20 INCH RANGE NOT MANY THOUGH ,  BUT NICE 5 LBERS , AND SOME 15 INCH BULLHEAD , OH AND MY FAVORITE BIG FISH ,  DOG FISH OR I BELIEVE THE CORRECT TERM IS BOWFIN NEVER CAUGHT 1 UNDER 7 LBS. NOT REALLY MY FAVORITE. PEACE
