Can you touch them up with a file? I don't know of anyone who does. I talked with Jiffy, and they want has much as a new set of blades to ship & sharpen them. Guess they never heard that USPS has a $5 flat rate box.

I don't know how close it is, but my wife sends her hair chopping scissors to Honed To Perfection in IA city. With shipping and all she pays around $30. Really nice guy, too.

I will throw another plug for bill @ polk city bait. You wont find another guy easier to deal with and for me there is something about supporting small shops like his. Pm me if you need his number.

I was on a bus and just happened to be sitting on a news paper. This guy came up and asked. "Are you reading that ?"
I said  yes, stood up, turned the page and sat back down.

Bill doesn't own Polk City bait anymore. But the new owner has most every blade for well under what big box stores have them for.

OK that answers my question because I knew Bill sold it last summer and didn't know if the sharpening was a current report.  I've got a couple sets to take down there in that case.
