I think mine fits great.  I'm 6'1" 225 and I got the XL.  I wouldn't trade it for a smaller one.  I got the lite though (which seemed very well insulated) so I plan to layer under it.  When I tried it on I was wearing a couple shirts and a hoodie and then a pair of jeans.

I'm pulling the trigger on a Striker suit this week.  But, I haven't decided between the Lite or Regular suits.  Any reviews would be appreciated.  I usually layer, but would rather have a little too warm than too cold.  Thanks.

I thought the lite suit was right for me.  I also like to layer my clothing so I figured if I get to warm I can always take off a layer or two and put the jacket back on.  With to warm of coat it's either going to be on or off.  Just my opinion.

That looks like a really nice suit.  What is the material that makes it a "float" suit?

I love my Arctic Armour and plan to wear it for as long as possible.  So far I've got one season of ice fishing, duck hunting, deer hunting, and goose hunting on it, and still going strong.  Finally washed it last night and it looks brand new.  My only negative is that it does not breath at all, so any time I walk with it on, I either leave the jacket off or unbuttoned. Otherwise it gets damp from perspiration.  Looks like those air vents will help that out a lot.

Nice review DL and enjoy your new suit and be safe!

Not bashing the Striker suits, but...

The AA suits are "air tight" for a reason, the suit will hold the frigid water out when properly cinched down. The vents on the Striker suit will let the frigid water in and anyone wearing one of these suits will come out of the water a lot wetter and colder than someone in an AA suit.

Both suits are very good suits and will save your life should you happen to go through the ice or fall in frigid water.

That's an interesting comment. I can't imagine how tight the cuffs on the coat and bibs must be to keep water from getting through. Not to mention the waistline of the coat.

A few minutes at most.  I took a dunk, purpousely, in 40 degree water at the end of spring boat trip last year.  Seals leaked the more I moved and I was soaked after 5 min.  Still, I didn't get that massive breath stealing shock that you get with an uninsulated plunge (been there too).

An added note, I paid a seamstess 30 bucks to add zip pits to my AA jacket and that was a very effective mod.  When I know that I'm gonna sweat, I vent.  If I'm on sketchy or new ice, I'm zipped.  Works for me.
