Upper Red Lake is on hwy 72 about 40 miles south of Baudette, MN (USA Canada border) There are a few towns around URL one of which is Waskish. Go straight up I 29 to Exit 161 North of Grand Forks. If I remember right that hwy (54) turns into MN State Hwy 1 and Hwy 1 and will continue until Hwy 72. Waskish is about 20 miles North after the turn onto HWY 72. Its about 200 miles from Grand Forks.
