There is information on the conditions and reports page. Its under Small waters/ CAyuga.
I think the north end blew open. Be careful if you go out this weekend.

You will need a boat to go out there this weekend. The Pond "looked" like it had good ice but the first 10' all the way around it were weak from all the rain and runoff, couldn't get to ice to drill and check
