Do the perch still run small there?

Was there today and caught a decent amount of keepers there in just under three hours. Threw alot of small ones back but was pretty satisfied with the amount of keepers for the day.

Thanks for the info , its been a few years since I last fished up there because of all the small fish. Might be time to try it again.

sort of off topic, but I just realized Chipmans Pt. Access. Anybody fish there?
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there would be a shortage of fishing poles.

chipmans pt is a narrow spot on the lake and as of a week ago right there was open.  never  fished there but know someone who used to fish at buoy 39 just north of there, he caught perch not sure of anything else.  i would be careful there two because at the same time last week it was open there to.  i fish the NY side across from there and could see it driving up the NY side.  it think with the weird weather the current is different in the lower lake than normal.
