A tasty, easy, all around good Superbowl snack of my own!!!
Tortilla Roll Ups
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1/4 cup diced black olives
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 TBSP finely chopped onion
1 4 oz can diced green chiles
dash of seasoned salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash of smoked chipotle pepper
Mix together with cream cheese; spread onto soft flour tortillas, roll up. Refrigerate at least one hour. remove and cut into 2" pieces with sharp knife. Enjoy!!!
