Looking for Perch

Are there any lakes in the Cheyenne/Laramie area that frozen enough to catch perch?

Lake Hattie is a good place to catch perch.  If you got a camera best thing to do is look for them.  Hattie is clear enough to see a long ways but if I had to pick a spot, I would try the middle where it splits east and west if its not that full.  By the boat club area. Look for a lot of weeds and usually find the perch.
No one left behind.

Sloans in Cheynne, Granite and Crystal in Curt Gowdy State park also have perch.  Good luck.
