Red River

Taking my newbey to the Red today and would like her to get a couple of decent ones through the ice. Anyone have suggestions for a couple of eaters? PM me if you don't want to post on the public forum  ;)

Good luck, but if you want to catch alot of fish to make it a fun trip,some of nice size,go to Lockport. Anywhere by the wall or towards Cats on The Red's dock. I have been fishing there across from Cats and have had alot of fun. Only gone early afternoons so far and done great.

Was out doing some recon lastnight and saw the tent/hut city at power plant, and wondering if it is really that good, worth braving the crowds? considering FPB or EOM are they the same (tent city) ? Are these the best structure places? Fished the Lockport in the fall and had lots of sauger action. I was hoping for something between lots of dinks and the MA

last time out to FPB it was very slow.Monday same thing out at EOM.
