About ready to put away the gear.  Took vaca before Christmas in hopes of getting some time out on the ice.  Just as well put away that gear and go call some coyotes with the kid.

Take a drive up here, we will take care of ya.... Most spots have nearly a foot now.

It's been freakishly warm up here too, but just cold enough to make a little at night. Luckily we have no snow, if we did it's not cold enough to get through.

The winter is still young.

If the weather keeps up like it is suppose to.  I might have to take you up on that skipper.  Looking at the weather the big ice tourney in Mobridge SD might be changing their date.

 Lake Preston. Never been there but am hoping that one of the SD guys can help me out. The hotel is very well priced, and has a bait shop and cleaning station. The gal I talked seemed pretty nice too.
