I have a clam x4 4 person flip over. It has the big tub sled as the base. I am tired of having a pile of gear in there scattered about getting dirty and broken and lost. Do any of you guys put totes in there or dividers or anything? I am trying to think of ways to keep all my gear organized and in order when it's in the bottom of my flip over tub. I haven't been able to come up with any good solutions yet so I'd appreciate any pointers you all may have to offer!

I have a Frabil Predator and have been looking at ideas as well. My plan is to make compartments like those and have my propane tank in the back corner. Next in the middle would be an area for me to put my caught fish, and in the front corner I would have my heater. I have then been looking into getting a clam center console and some other things to organize the sled more.

Wow.  And I was going to post about using plastic milk crates, like I do.  Lightweight 2 X 2s probably don't weigh much more than my milk crates.  I'm gonna make me one of those!!   Great idea.

For me, it is easier to carry the gear in my second Otter sled, I carry the big buddy and the rod locker and camera in the Frabill, everything else goes in the otter. If the weather is rough, I don't have to unload a bunch of gear to set up !

Deck it...You will never want to fish out of a "gear blender" again.

Where do you store your rods?
God grant me strength to catch a fish
So large that even I
When telling of it afterwards
May never need to lie.

Here's a few from last year with my Clam Yukon. I use the ice fishing box on the wheeler for the bait bucket, trap/rod bucket and milk create in the center for food. In the Yukon sled I've got my heater, flasher unit, showdown, milk create with tackle and the trap basket with gear as well. My auger just get laid on top and strapped down.

This year I’ve got a new ATV and Auger Caddy so I need to make up a new ice fishing box. It will be modified to carry things a little better this time around ;D

my boy ready to roll on out!

The Yukon packed & ready to get hooked up.

Nice set up JIMC_ND ;D I want to get solo flip over this year and set it up like yours. That way when my youngest starts fishing with us, both my boys can fight it out in the two man while jig far far away from them ;D

Where do you store your rods?

I use 36" long, tubed rod bags like you can see in the picture.

I didn't deck the all the way across on this 1-man Otter Cottage sled.  I thought it would be easier to use a rod bag then if I had built a small rod locker, especially when the house is folded down.  There is not a lot of room to work with in this size sled, but my rods are very well protected by the case.  I use rod slicks, and I usually have 2 or 3 rods in the case.

My next project is to deck an Otter Resort and because the sled is so much larger on the Resort,  I will design in a "below deck" rod locker.

I did something similar with my Wild2.

I'll probably reconfigure it a little bit since there isn't a need for a minnow bucket in Colorado.

It's a tacklebox.
