Good Perch?

This is only my second year fishing Idaho and really would like to find some large perch. I live near Idaho Falls and can't drive too far. Someone told me Mud Lake has some good perch but I have no idea where to go. Any help here would be great.

The next question is going to be where is Sportsmans Park . It is part of American Falls Reservoir . You access it from Aberdeen . Curt G.

I would settle for anything big enough to eat. I take my kids to roberts gravel pond and catch a ton of perch but I must admit my fillet skills arent good enough to get meat off of 3 inch perch.

Buddy of mine says they are on the ice @ sportsmans and the damn.  Ice is 4-6" and it is slow.

that's the place, about 6 or 7 years ago mud lake was the place for perch but since 4 or 5 years ago with the fish kill I have only herd about 3 or 4 inch perch in there you might give that a try, it's been 2 or so years since I have herd anything about it
